Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders via a courier. Couriers include Evri (Formally Hermes), Yodel and Royal Mail. The service we use is economy (2nd class with Royal Mail) which takes between 2-3 working days to arrive with the customer. We can upgrade your order should you wish to recieve this sooner. Please contact us to discuss this option. We ship to UK Mainland only (England, Scotland, Wales).

Items sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class:

Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard service usually takes 2 to 3 working days to arrive. However, please allow up to 15 days for delivery as certain factors may reduce delivery speeds. For example: severe weather, strike action etc.

Note: Items are not classed as ‘lost’ till 15 days after the dispatch date.

Please be aware that on many occasions, deliveries have been accepted at your local Delivery Office and Royal Mail has failed to leave a ‘Sorry, we missed you’ card. If you live in Student Apartments/Accommodation, usually your item will be dropped off at the Office on the main gate if you have one. Often, other students may be handed your item by mistake.

Items sent via Evri or Yodel:

We use an economy service with both Evri (formally Hermes) and Yodel. Delivery via this method takes between 2-3 working days.

All order shipped via this method will receive a tracking number. This will be uploaded onto the customers order details which can be accessed by either contacting us or logging into your account. It is the customers responsibility to keep an eye on the tracking data in case there are any issues with the delivery. Issues relating to incorrect addresses or incomplete addresses cannot be rectified by us.

Items sent via Royal Mail 1st Class:

Royal Mail 1st Class Standard service usually takes 1 to 2 working days to arrive. However, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery as certain factors may reduce delivery speeds. For example: severe weather, strike action etc.

Failed Deliveries:

If we receive an order back (returned to sender), we will automatically email you to inform you of the situation. Please note that if this does happen, you will need to pay for delivery again. If free delivery was used on your initial order, you will be charged the standard cost of re-shipping. Should you decide you wish to cancel, the standard cancellation terms apply, and we need the item returned to us prior to any cancellation can progress. Should you wish to cancel your order due to a non-delivery where it is confirmed customer error (incorrect or incomplete address details), you will be entitled to a refund minus a 20% admin fee and minus the initial carriage charge. Should you wish to continue with the order, we will send you an invoice for the postage only. This will need to be paid within 5 working days. If payment is not received, this invoice will be cancelled along with your original order.

Please note that our ‘Standard’ Delivery option covers ‘economy’ postage for all of our items.

Our ‘Standard’ charge for postage is £2.99 per order. We now offer FREE DELIVERY for all orders over £40.00.

Should you wish to upgrade your delivery with us, you will need to contact us prior to your purchase so that we can arrange this for you.

Dispatch Times:

We aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days but sometimes, this can be longer. You will be sent an email as soon as your order has left us. Because we have our website directly linked to third party courier services, you should automatically see the tracking information on your order information when you access your account.
