The Personalised Oak Keyring is something that will be with you, wherever you go. Quite literally!

The Personalised Oak Keyring is made from a solid 6mm American White Oak. Each keyring is sealed and sanded back twice, then double finished in a gloss lacquer after it has been engraved, making them easy to wipe clean and look their best for several years to come.

Each personalised Oak keyring comes with either a small chain and loop or a leather rope piece for easy and secure attachment onto a set of keys. There is enough room on this style for a name on one side and a short saying on the other side. Alternatively, you can have a name on each side. There is no set design for these keyrings, just so long as the details fit!

Dimensions: 3cm x 5cm.
6mm thickness.

• How to customise:

  1. Place an order for your item and be sure to select the correct font that you wish to be used.
  2. Once you’ve placed your order, send us an email to sales@meadowlandproducts.co.uk and send us the information that you wish to be engraved on the keyring (both sides). Please include your order number and name as the email subject. Please see notes below for further information on what can and cannot be included on the design.
  3. Once we have received these details from you, we will start to produce a mock up design and get this sent over to your email for approval. This will be your opportunity to tell us if you want something moving around, making larger/smaller or if you’re happy to go ahead as it is.
  4. Approve your design by replying to the email. Please make sure you check all details in the mock design as once you have approved this, we will not be held responsible for any mistakes or spelling errors. We will only send to engrave once we get approval from you.
  5. Once we have received your approval, your customised order will be sent to engrave.
  6. We aim to provide a turn-around time of 7-10 working days. This excludes shipping times.

   

  Tips for sending in your details:

  • Don’t send a complete design as we cannot copy and paste text from this. The exception is if you send via PDF.
  • If you have any concerns at all, please get in touch with us before placing your order.
  • There is no set design that we offer. Although of course, you’re more than welcome to take inspiration from one of the designs we have displayed in our photos. Instead, we leave this up to you, our customer, to have some control over what your memorial keyring will look like. All you need to do is send us what information you would like to have on each side. We will send you a proof design before we do anything with it.  Please be aware that we are limited for space with the keyrings. Please note that we are currently not engraving photos or graphics sent in by customers.
